I know this from experience—both my own and my clients’. With over 30 years of experience developing people and leaders, I bring a practical understanding of what it takes to create sustainable behavior change — not just awareness. Leadership transitions can be energizing and meaningful, yet quietly exhausting. The pressure to perform, make the right decisions, and carry others can build until stress becomes the norm rather than the exception.

Through my own journey, I discovered how developing mental and emotional skills changes the way leaders experience responsibility. That insight reshaped how I lead—and why I now support others in doing the same.
